Defining the problem

Talent Garden recognised a growing demand from its network for AI education that could speak to both specialists and non-specialists. The challenge was to deliver learning that resonated with a wide and diverse audience, from junior professionals exploring AI for the first time to senior staff seeking strategic application.
Many participants felt overwhelmed by the pace of AI advancements and lacked a structured way to explore its relevance for their roles. There was also strong

interest in understanding AI from both a practical and regulatory perspective, especially given evolving European and international frameworks. Talent Garden needed a partner who could design a learning experience that was both inclusive and industry-informed. SOPHIA responded with a training model built around flexibility, clarity, and real-world relevance—tailoring each module to support learning outcomes across different professional profiles.

Our Solution

SOPHIA developed a modular training program covering four key areas: AI fundamentals, strategic adoption of Generative AI, ethical and regulatory considerations, and AI agents in business workflows. Each session was tailored to Talent Garden’s hybrid learning environment and adapted for mixed audiences across industries.

The training featured live demonstrations, practical use cases, and opportunities for hands-on exploration of AI tools. Through an inclusive and interactive approach, participants engaged deeply with concepts that had previously felt abstract or inaccessible. SOPHIA ensured that every session combined immediate applicability with a broader understanding of AI’s impact on the future of work.

Impact

The initiative reached over 1,500 professionals, helping participants gain clarity, confidence, and practical skills in applying AI within their daily roles. Feedback highlighted the strength of SOPHIA’s ability to tailor content to a varied audience, maintaining both depth and accessibility.

Partner organisations such as Toyota, Microsoft, and Heidelberg Materials identified the training as a key part of their internal learning and transformation initiatives.
