Defining the Problem
By late 2025, most professionals had moved past basic prompting and were asking a harder question: how do you actually build an AI agent that works, not just experiment with one in a chat window? The market was full of tools, Claude, n8n, and a growing list of agent-building platforms, but very little practical guidance on how to go from an idea to a tested, deployed agent.
Talent Garden needed a course that treated this as a real skill to be built, not a concept to be explained. Participants needed to learn how to distinguish agents from chatbots and traditional RPA, evaluate and choose the right tools, and walk away having actually built something tied to their own work, not a generic demo.

Our Solution
SOPHIA partnered with Talent Garden to design and deliver “AI Agents: From Design to Implementation,” a practical 6-lesson course now in its second year, with expanded editions launching in autumn 2026.

- Distinguishing chatbots, AI agents, and traditional RPA systems
- Evaluating leading agent-building tools and selecting the right platform for the job
- Mapping an agent’s workflow and assessing technical feasibility
- Working hands-on with instructions, connectors, skills, content, scheduled tasks, and MCP
- Testing agents systematically using evaluations
- Building an agent based on their own professional use case
- Moving from working prototype to deployment
Different Tools, Different Levels
Rather than a single fixed curriculum, the course is offered in editions matched to different tools and levels of complexity:
The autumn 2026 edition features an expanded training team, Dr. Matilde D’Amelio, Dr Jessica Cervi, and Davide Gaeta, bringing combined experience and practical expertise into the classroom, alongside fully updated materials reflecting the latest developments in Claude, n8n, and agent-building tools more broadly.
Throughout, the emphasis stays on doing rather than watching: every participant applies the methodology to a real use case and leaves with an agent they built themselves.
- Claude, Beginner Edition: Build a practical personal assistant agent
- Claude, Advanced Edition: Develop a more complex multi-agent system, such as a lead generator and manager
- n8n Edition: Design, build, integrate, test, and deploy agents using n8n and Claude together
